2 Day AI Masterclass Format

Day 1: Three Hour Group Class via Zoom

Session 2: Essential AI Tools & Their Applications
This practical session will introduce participants to a curated selection of AI tools tailored for marketing & admissions professionals. Hands-on demonstrations will provide a clear understanding of how to integrate these tools into daily workflows. We'll cover tools for:

  • Administrative Functions and Efficiency
  • Photo and Video Creation and Production
  • Deep Research and Business Intelligence
  • Data Analytics and Analysis

Hands-on demonstrations will provide a clear understanding of how to integrate these tools into daily workflows.

Session 4/5: Working Session: Advanced Prompt Design Applications
Building on the basics, this collaborative workshop will explore advanced techniques for utilizing ChatGPT (and other tools) in higher education marketing. We'll examine specific use cases such as creating detailed student profiles, analyzing enrollment data, and developing targeted marketing & admissions materials. This hands-on experience will help your team become comfortable with prompt design strategies that will help address the unique needs and goals of your institution.

We'll showcase and demonstrate AI tools that facilitate content creation, image design, video, translation, social posts, idea generation, and data analysis, making collaborative projects more seamless and productive. Best practices for integrating AI into team workflows will be discussed, with an emphasis on improving communication, creativity and efficiency.

Day 2: Three Hour Group Class via Zoom with Option of Department Segmentation

Session 3: ChatGPT-Prompt Design Basics
We'll dive into the basic fundamentals of prompt design with ChatGPT, focusing on crafting prompts that generate useful and creative outputs for general marketing & recruitment tasks. Participants will learn how to refine their prompts to achieve more precise results, enhancing content creation processes across various marketing channels.
